Insights Discovery far surpasses MBTI, DiSC or any other assessments
It is my pleasure to provide a testimonial for the Insights Discovery program. I have worked with this behavioural tool for more than 10 years and believe it far surpasses MBTI, DiSC or any other assessments that most organisations use. Insights may seem simple, and that is its beauty. It is complex and sophisticated and participants gain a far greater depth of understanding of their own and others behavioural styles.
The Insights Discovery system has so many applications either just in the classroom or in blended learning situations.
