Insights Discovery far surpasses MBTI, DiSC or any other assessments
It is my pleasure to provide a testimonial for the Insights Discovery program. I have worked with this behavioural tool for more than 10 years and believe it far surpasses MBTI, DiSC or any other assessments that most organisations use. Insights may seem simple, and that is its beauty. It is complex and sophisticated and participants gain a far greater depth of understanding of their own and others behavioural styles. The Insights Discovery system has so many applications either just in the classroom or in blended learning situations. I have used Insights for a basic introduction into recognising styles, to adapting sales situations, to dealing with conflict and communication issues, and also to improve teamwork and morale. This is just the tip of the iceberg!. There are many applications in the workplace and using the Insights Discovery system is only limited by your imagination.
