Born and reared in Ireland Aisling's current day expertise and skills are gleaned from over 20 years in the corporate arena working with leading international firms in the areas of Systems Engineering, Business Analysis, Consulting, Quality & Process Improvement, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Training, Facilitation and Learning and Development.

A visionary change agent, Aisling provides a dynamic whirlwind of transformational energy and guidance underpinned with action oriented, swiftly implemented practical solutions. A passionate coach, trainer, facilitator and speaker, Aisling has a creative, energetic and enthusiastic style which guarantees fun-filled, memorable, inspirational learning experiences and interactions.

As the director of Inside Inspiration, Aisling was the first Australian Insights Practitioner obtaining Accreditation in Canada in November 1999.

Aisling is committed to life long learning and has travelled and studied extensively worldwide, seeking inspirational leaders, mentors and state-of-the-art techniques and tools for her own personal development and to share with Clients.
