Insights Discovery far surpasses MBTI, DiSC or any other assesements..

It is my pleasure to provide a testimonial for Aisling Monahan and the Insights Discovery program.  I have worked with this behavioural tool for more than 10 years and believe it far surpasses MBTI, DiSC or any other assessments that most organizations use.  Insights may seem simple, and that’s its beauty.  It is complex and sophisticated and participants gain a far greater depth of understanding of their own and other’s behavioural styles. 

The added benefit of using Insights Discovery is the engaging manner with which Aisling Monahan approaches her work.  She wants you to succeed in learning more about yourself and about others you work with.  Her passion is contagious and learners really have fun in her workshops.

Finally, the Insights Discovery system has so many applications either just in the classroom or in blended learning situations.  I have used Insights for a basic introduction into recognizing styles, to adapting sales situations, to dealing with conflict and communication issues, and also to improve teamwork and morale.  This is just the “tip of the iceberg” because one can go on to just do one-on-one coaching, 360 degree feedback, and so much more.  There are many applications in the workplace and using the Insights Discovery system is only limited by your imagination.

The Unforgettable Insights

In my role as a Senior Performance Consultant, I have gained accreditations in various specialist psychometric and behavioural tools over the years.  The Insights system and methodology is a powerful instrument which can help individuals learn about themselves, and others, in building relationships, increasing productivity and in real terms, can increase an organisation’s profitability.

Since my accreditation with Insights, I have debriefed over 400 profiles. One of the amazing concepts with Insights is the easy to understand and engaging debriefing sessions, which actively involve participants in learning about the different personality types. The Insights practitioner acts out the colour energies with props and this actively grabs the attention of the learner. The interactive games and discussions, together with the colourful visuals and slide presentation are really a show in itself. The well-designed sessions and interactivity are just one reason why individuals walk away and remember the Insights message.

Almost all Insight evaluations are the same – “The Insights tool will help me in my role”, “I really love Insights”, “The session was interesting and entertaining” and the list goes on and on. In the field, the Insights message becomes part of people’s lives. One client requested that the partners of all the managers that attended an Insights session also have their profiles completed. The managers spoke so highly of Insights tool, they wanted to make it part of their personal lives.

Very Motivating and Inspirining, comprehensive Coaching Guies with lots of inspiring tools for my Business.

When I started the Insights Accreditation seminar all I wanted to get was access to a quality personality testing tool and more in depth information about the topic…

But to my very surprise these four days went much deeper – Insights is much more than another personality testing tool on the market trying to reach corporate or private… It is breaking down the proven knowledge about peoples mind and character into an easy understandable coloured approach towards different personalities … thus creating a tool for managing communication easier … At these times where everybody seems to need more spiritual guidance for me it has even the potential to make the world a better place …

 I left the seminar not only with the above mentioned but also with a lot more insights about myself, my family and on top of that had found a very comprehensive coaching guide and lots of inspirational tools for my business.
