Provided a Catalyst for Personal and Professional Development
The Insights Discovery Profile provided a comprehensive and relatively accurate view of my personality, work preferences and style. In particular, it was most useful in identifying my blind spots and areas of personal development. The report also provided an effective tool for managing a team. By reviewing the Insight reports of other team members I was able to effectively manage my team and individual team members. Overall the Insights report provided the catalyst for personal and professional development and provided a foundation for coaching sessions.

Extremely useful in assessing and understanding staff..
The Insights Discovery Profile has been extremely useful is assessing and understanding my staff and I have used these reports as discussion within performance reviews. Similarly my manager has used the report for my development and feedback within reviews. It is an excellent tool to assist one to understand their weaknesses, strengths and avenues to assist in dealing with other colleagues.

I Gained a promotion/job more in line with what I have been wanting for years. The Insights Discovery Profil provided an insight into the different types of personalities, enabling me to recognise those different types and interact with them accordingly. Biggest learning..identifying my own personality type
My biggest learning insight from the profile was identifying my own personality type and, consequently, my opposite type. One of the key action points identified below is more effective interaction with my opposite personality type. 3 actions I intend to take as a result are, 1) Meeting the needs of my opposite personality type and 2) Meeting people half-way - both in terms of initiating small talk with strangers, and in general interactions. 3) Resisting the urge to introduce long-winded, complex solutions to straightforward issues - specifically in the workplace.

It highlighted my lack of Red Energy and the impacts on my life
The most interesting aspects of the Insights personal profile was how it highlighted my lack of red energy and the impacts of this on my life. Actions I intend to take as a result are:1) Frequently remind myself that I add value Affirmations are being used to wind myself up.2) Embrace red energy at work and home...use it. 3) Be clearer & more forceful regarding my needs and wants. 4) Trust my own decision making. 5) Be open for more presentations.

The Insights profile - Like holding up a mirror !
The Insights profile - Like holding up a mirror - thought someone had been talking to my mum!! Particularly liked the Blindspots and Communication sections - really relevant to the workplace and interacting with others. I'd be wary of people taking these reports as justification for "this is the way I am so live with it" - should be used more as a starting point for people to address their weaknesses and be able to adapt to have a better understanding of where others are coming from. In this respect, when used properly, its a great tool with a lot of potential.

The Insights profile - best tool my company could have used!
The insights report would be the best tool my company could of used. I would recommend that companies that have a vision to expand and want their
staff to work as a team, invest in this report as you understand peoples working styles and how to deal with "difficult" people. You also get the chance to see how you work, your stregths, weaknesses and how to improve. All of this information to a company and its staff is priceless!.

Made me think about how I deal with others!
I found my profile quite accurate, I discussed it with some people close to me who agreed with many of the statements. There were a few disagreements with some traits. But overall I found it quite informative and definitely made me think about how to deal with different types of people. I'm just sorry I couldn't be there for the workshop.

I would love my friends to get one done for themselves
Two weeks after I sat down and made myself read it and I love the earth green I wouldn't want to be anything else. I know we are a rainbow of colours but the green is quite dominant in me and all the good and not so good things is exactly who I am, how I approach people, who I feel comfortable with etc., so for me the Insights Personal Discovery report was great. I would love some of my friends to get one done of themselves. In fact I would love my husband to as I fear he could be a RED!.

I was surprised at the comprehensive Insights Profile and how accurate it was
Part of the workshop involved personal profiling. I have been involved in this before but not with this particular model and was surprised at the comprehensive report which was produced as well as how accurate much of it was. Aisling's explanation of the profiling and how to apply it was excellent as was her follow up a week or so with an E-Mail containing everyone's dominant profiles.
