The first step towards achieving this greater self-understanding is through the Insights Discovery Personal Profile, a 20-40 page profile of an individual which is accurate, memorable and user-friendly, and which has already transformed thousands of lives worldwide. Insights Discovery is solidly based on the pioneering personality profiling work of Dr Carl G Jung.
Insights also produces an associated range of individual, team and organisational tools, Insights Navigator.
The Discovery system was developed in the early 1990s by father and son team Andi Lothian and Andy Lothian. They were each experiencing a time of individual change and questioning and their quest for answers was the motivation that led them to form Insights Learning and Development.

Insights Discovery far surpasses MBTI, DiSC or any other assessments
It is my pleasure to provide a testimonial for the Insights Discovery program. I have worked with this behavioural tool for more than 10 years and believe it far surpasses MBTI, DiSC or any other assessments that most organisations use. Insights may seem simple, and that is its beauty. It is complex and sophisticated and participants gain a far greater depth of understanding of their own and others behavioural styles.
The Insights Discovery system has so many applications either just in the classroom or in blended learning situations. I have used Insights for a basic introduction into recognising styles, to adapting sales situations, to dealing with conflict and communication issues, and also to improve teamwork and morale.
